Annordia advised property owner Aroseken on the letting of a new hotel to be developed at the Effekten 14 property in Finnslätten, Västerås. The hotel will be operated by Strawberry under the Home Hotel brand and is planned to comprise 167 guest rooms, a gym, modern meeting facilities and a restaurant.
Construction is scheduled to commence in autumn 2026, with the hotel expected to open in spring 2029.
