Annordia has made a rental assessment and a valuation of Tammsvik Konferens & Herrgård in Upplands-Bro. The assigment was conducted on behalf of Tagehus, prior to internal decisions. In this project we have partnered with Nordier Property Advisors and Exitpartner.

Annordia has conducted a comprehensive rental assessment of Tammsvik Konferens & Herrgård, which is the basis for the property valuation carried out by Nordier Property Advisors. Finally, Exitpartner has made an indicative market valuation for the business.

Tammsvik Konferens & Herrgård comprises two facilities integrated with each other, Happy Tammsvik and Villa Mälargården. The business consists of two modern meeting hotels built on a classic manor estate. They offer 120 rooms, restaurant, pool and sauna.
