Annordia has conducted a rental assessment of The Steam Hotel in Västerås, on behalf of Peab Fastighet.
The Steam Hotel was inaugurated in 2017 in the building of a former steam plant from 1917. The 18-storey building is situated by lake Mälaren in Västerås. The Steam Hotel is a destination hotel that offers 264 rooms, spa, two restaurants, rooftop bar and large conference area. ESS Hotel Group operates the hotel.
