On behalf of The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre Foundation, Annordia has conducted a rental assessment for their operations The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre and Gothia Towers.

The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre and Gothia Towers are together one of Europe’s largest fully integrated meeting facilities in a city location. The businesses have approximately 2 million visitors each year.

Gothia Towers has 1,200 rooms and the hotel currently consists of three towers and plans are now underway for a fourth. The new tower will have 40 floors and be 140 meters high. When completed in 2025, Gothia Towers + One will offer 1,600 rooms.
