On behalf of Veidekke Bostad in co-operation with ICA Fastigheter, Annordia is looking for an operator to a new hotel in Brunnshög, a new district in Lund. The hotel is proposed to include 215 Long Stay-rooms with a kitchenette, and a restaurant with a bar and outdoor seating.

Despite a substantial increase in the number of hotel rooms in Stockholm last year, the demand for more hotels in the Swedish capital continues to develop. Changed travel habits, a growing middle class in Asia and cheaper flights have contributed to the increase in the proportion of private hotel guests.

A new hotel with ten floors and about 200 rooms will be built in Gamlestaden in Gothenburg. We made a rental assessment for Peab in the project. It is expected to open in 2020 and will be part of the Good Morning Hotels chain run by Ligula Hospitality Group.

ESS Group becomes the operator of a new hotel at Ullevimotet, in Gothenburg. The hotel has 27 floors and 233 rooms and is expected to open in 2022. During 2017 we conducted a feasibility study for the project on behalf of NCC and Platzer Fastigheter.

Annordia strengthens its team with two analysts to their Stockholm office: Jacob Arwidsson and Jonatan Oldenburg. Jacob Arwidsson is recruited from Fastighetskontoret at Stockholms stad and Jonatan Oldenburg is a newly graduated MSc. in Surveying and Land Management.
