Annordia is searching for an operator for a new day conference facility with a restaurant in a highly attractive location in central Stockholm, on behalf of Slussgården. The facility is housed in a newly constructed building at Tegelbacken, just five minutes’ walk from Stockholm Central Station.

Annordia is conducting an operator search for a new hotel to be built at Stora Torget in Enköping, on behalf of Vi Invest. The hotel will be constructed on historic grounds where the old city hotel once stood and will become a new meeting place in the city.
